In 2013, before Midnight Spin hit the road for an epic 6-week US National Tour, we had a killer sendoff show at Pianos in the Lower East Side. A YouTuber named Marsha8202 caught a performance of Phantoms, which was a fan-favorite.
Pianos, like Arlene’s Grocery, is another LES venue struggling to keep its doors open in the face of COVID-19. And if it’s true they’re not coming back, we will surely remember them fondly.
